Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during high‑volume periods, holidays, or product launches.
Once processed, orders ship within 7–10 business days.
Please note that processing times are separate from carrier transit times.
Domestic Shipping
Ilomío currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
We offer flat‑rate economy shipping, calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
Economy shipping typically takes 5–8 business days once dispatched.
Flat‑rate fees are $10 or $15, depending on order size.
Order Accuracy & Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete and securing delivery location. Ilomío is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@ilomiohome.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

Ilomío is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external conditions.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Ilomío is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Items marked as delivered are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly:

Due to privacy regulations, Ilomío cannot contact carriers on your behalf.
Carriers will allow you to file a claim directly.
If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, you may request “signature required” delivery by emailing us at the time of your order.
Returns, Refunds & Damages
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than damage incurred during transit. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

This documentation allows us to assess the claim and determine appropriate next steps.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in rare circumstances.

Route Package Protection
At checkout, customers are offered Route Package Protection for an additional fee paid directly to Route. This service provides insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Route is optional. Customers who do not wish to purchase insurance must manually opt out at checkout.
If Route is selected, Route will assist with claims for packages that arrive damaged or do not arrive.
