FAQs
Product
Each piece is handmade or hand‑finished by artisans across Latin America. For the first collection, we partnered with artisans across Mexico — from Jalisco to Guanajuato and Michoacán. We work directly with workshops that preserve regional craft traditions.
Our collections are crafted from natural, regionally sourced materials including recycled hand and mouth blown glass, stoneware ceramics, and copper. Every material is chosen for its beauty, durability, and cultural lineage.
Because each item is handmade, natural variations in color, texture, shape, glaze, or finish are expected. These variations are not defects — they are the signature of the artisan’s hand and part of what makes each piece one‑of‑a‑kind.
All Ilomío ceramic and glass pieces intended for table use are food‑safe. Any special care considerations will be noted on the product page.
Not at this time. Our collections are produced in small batches to maintain quality and consistency.
Care & Use
Handwashing is recommended. Avoid abrasive scrubbers.
Some pieces are dishwasher safe on a gentle cycle; others require handwashing. Microwave use varies by glaze and clay body. Care instructions are listed on each product page.

Sizing & Variations
Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each piece.
Subtle differences in color, shape, thickness, and finish are inherent to artisan production and part of each piece’s character.
